- I would like to warn people about Hayes' technical support via the Internet.
- Recently I bought a Hayes ESP serial card. Upon installing the Windows 95
- drivers (which are totally unconfigurable) I found out that it won't run DOS
- communications apps through Windows 95. I emailed Hayes once with the simple
- question if it somehow could access DOS comm apps through Windows 95, but no
- answer. Then after posting a message here about the problem, I got a message
- from someone there who I replied to for an answer, but again, never recieved a
- message back.
- Its crap like this that will keep me from buying another one of their
- products again! And you can bet I'll spread the word about it too. I knew I
- should have spent a little extra and gotten a RocketPort!!
